What is Blåljuslistan?

Blåljuslistan brings together accidents, fires, rescue operations, traffic disruptions and weather warnings from the Swedish Police, SMHI and the Swedish Transport Administration in one place.

Blåljuslistan is an independent compilation of open data and not a government service. In an emergency – call 112.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a notification arrive a while after the incident?
We can only send a notification once the source has published the incident, and it then reaches you within a few minutes. Sources often publish a while after something has happened – the police sometimes several hours later.
Why do I get police notifications for the whole municipality?
The police only say which municipality an incident happened in, not where in it. So police incidents apply to the whole municipality your place is in.
I'm not getting notifications. What can I do?
Check that:
  • Plus is active,
  • notifications are allowed for Blåljuslistan in your phone's settings,
  • the Place alerts screen in the app says that alerts are on,
  • battery saving isn't stopping the app (Android).
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In the app you get there through More → Blåljuslistan Plus → Manage subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open More → Blåljuslistan Plus in the app and tap Restore purchases.
How do I change my ad choice?
In the app under More → Ad choices. The option only appears where Google requires consent for ads, such as in the EEA and the UK.
How do I delete my data?
Removing your places in Place alerts also deletes the data on our server. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device.
